No matter where you live, drugs is a family affair. No family is immune to the drug epidemic that plaques the majority of our country. Carter County is only a speck of the problem.

Marty is such a problem. He, along with Evelyn Caskey's son, Chris Caskey, were the main ones bringing drugs into Carter County and Montgomery County and Bath County. Marty was bragging that he was single handedly selling more oxycodone 15 mg. pills than a Florida pharmacy. This needs to stop. Please, if you are a police officer reading this, please investigate Marty and His wife Debbie Roseberry who hang out at Bonnie Butlers nasty apartment. They wait for Chris Castle to roll up in his fancy car and bring ask the pills and then they sell them to anyone who will pay. Of course this is after they get high and potentially go wreck again. This is what happened the day Marty wrecked on 60 at Globe. He was rushing to meet Chris and was high and wrecked. This dope pusher is going to end up either wrecking and killing someone, or causing the overdose of someone by selling drugs. Wake up, people. Lets get the trash out of town.
