Republican senators “stood firm with Mitt Romney and his 1 percent lobbyist friends” when they successfully filibustered the Bring Jobs Home Act yesterday, [July 19 2012] The bill would cut taxes for U.S. companies that bring jobs and business operations back to the United States and end tax loopholes that reward companies that ship jobs overseas

Are we smarter than the Baboons?
Republicans advocate smaller government and laissez-faire ideologies. Strategy of the most primitive life forms disagree!
From the viruses through bacteria’s and on to the vegetative and animal kingdom, unification of an organized society is demonstrated. Centralized organization to enhance their security as well as empowering them to succeed in their environment is detrimental to their survival.
Sovereignties of the world are demonstrating that strategy. Organizing and reorganizing to compete with the surrounding nations. Observe the reorganizing of orthodox communism to compete on the Liberal International Free Trade Markets. Democratic principles are required that were once their nemesis. Evolving to adapt for their survival as a culture and a nation.
Reduction of that organizing ideology serves to regress the survival mode of any organism on this planet. Greater organized unification of their society enhances their security and empowers them to adapt to their environment.
Republicans are the antithesis to evolution.

Computer Assisted Medical Health Care
Imagine establishing a Medical Network with Web sites that are only for the Medical Field for use. All Medical Facilities inter connected in real time. Example; A patient just boarded an airline, after being treated in some obscured area of the nation. Gets off the plane and promptly faints. Unconscious at the Hospital. No ID., No Medical Records. What is Doctor to do? Start at ground zero and diagnosis with no knowledge of previous treatments and medications. Good luck with that!
Now with a computer, Doctor, accesses the “Network” and could instantly know who is the patient and the medical history. How much would that save in litigations alone and how many lives saved.
New Medical procedures at doctors finger tips and to do it.
Diagnosis’ assisted sites. Just a couple of examples of the $Billions that would save lives and life quality to patient increases.
How about Pharmaceuticals? They would have instant knowledge of all prescriptions’ and the ability to view any abusive pill pushing scenarios. Whether it is the patient producing the abuse or the doctor or a simple error.
Addictions go down and less incarcerations as well as litigations. Again $Billions saved.
How about administration? Digitized Medical records. Instant red flag for any false entries or suspicious entries. Brick and Mortar facilities diminished for storage as well as the energies to sustain them. Again savings of litigation cost amounting into the $Multibillions. These are just a few examples of the hundreds of various associated fields and their scenarios.
Mission Impossible? NOPE Obama has already started to do just that. Has been for the past 2.5 years and is hoping to have it fully functional by the year 2018. Today you may find it starting to enter the administration departments and Health Care insurances .With Obama and strong Democrat support the USA is not down and out but poised to accelerate to once again be the leader of the Free World.

Well, well; There has been voter fraud going on and guess who is behind it?
In Florida, G.O.P. Says Voter Forms Are Suspect
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
Published: September 28, 2012

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.(AP)— What first appeared to be an isolated problem in one Florida county has spread statewide, with election officials in at least seven counties telling prosecutors or state election officials about questionable voter registration forms filled out on behalf of the Florida Republican Party.

State Republican officials fired Strategic Allied Consulting, the company they had hired to register voters, and on Thursday filed an election fraud complaint against it with state officials.
“We are doing what we can to find out how broad the scope is,” said Brian Burgess, a spokesman for the state party.
The company said that it was cooperating with elections officials and that the suspect forms had been turned in by one person, who was fired.“Strategic has a zero-tolerance policy for breaking the law,” Fred Petti, a company lawyer, said Thursday.
Questionable forms have shown up in South Florida, including Miami-Dade County, as well as in northeast Florida and the Florida Panhandle.
Election officials in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties on Thursday handed over more than 100 forms to local prosecutors. Officials in Palm Beach County alerted prosecutors days earlier.
Ann W. Bodenstein, the elections supervisor for Santa Rosa County, said her staff started raising questions after an employee saw a form that changed the home address of a neighbor.
Paul Lux, Okaloosa County’s election supervisor, said all of the questionable forms in the Florida Panhandle appeared to have come from Strategic’s base at the local Republican Party headquarters. He said his office had turned up dozens of them.
Mr. Lux said some forms listed dead people and some were incomplete or illegible. He met with prosecutors on Friday, he said, but added that his staff was still going through hundreds of forms.
Mr. Lux, a Republican, said he warned party officials this month when he first learned that the company was paying people to register voters.“I told them ‘This is not going to end well,’” he said.
Mr. Lux also heard a complaint from Mary Blackwell, the head of the local chapter of the League of Women Voters, who raised questions about Strategic employees.
Ms. Blackwell said that the league’s Okaloosa chapter had conducted a registration drive at a college in Niceville and that a person who was registering voters told her he was “lucky” he had applications only from Republicans or independents.
The state party paid Strategic more than $1.3 million.

Obama, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton, and others have been caught up in ling to the American people about our ambassador and 3 other Americans being killed and drug through the streets. The only thing I want to celebrate in Obama's honor is his going away party. Wake up , wise up . Vets with disability pensions and anyone making less than $200,000 per year should be handed their head on a platter if they vote Republican in November.

It is the Republican agenda to give breaks to the rich and let the poor, middle class, disabled, and retired die without benefits necessary for survival.

Regulations, Regulation. Is What Strikes fear in the corrupt and criminal.
Republicans see us on the Brink as democrat see opportunity.
Could this explain why, there is such a diverse view of the same equation? Republicans see a dwindling ability to extract social welfare payments from the bottom of the Pyramid scheme’s they have designed. Democrats’ see opportunity for our society by cutting welfare payments to the elitist and returning the Pyramid back to its proper position.

Whistle-Blower Lawyers Throw Support Behind Obama
By ERIC LIPTON
Published: October 1, 2012
WASHINGTON — As the Obama administration has cracked down on corporate fraud, lawyers representing whistle-blowers have reaped multimillion-dollar rewards. Now, as they seek to sustain these historic payouts, they are serving as generous donors to the president’s re-election campaign.
Bill Crandall for The New York Times
John R. Phillips, one of the nation’s top whistle-blower lawyers, has raised more than $200,000 for Mr. Obama’s re-election from colleagues.
Lawyers in the tight circle who specialize in filing fraud claims with the federal government on behalf of clients with evidence of wrongdoing have raised more than $3 million so far for President Obama. The administration, meanwhile, has paid out $1.6 billion to whistle-blowers during his tenure, with law firms taking a cut in some cases of up to 40 percent of the proceeds.
The lawyers have contributed directly to Mr. Obama’s campaign, served as “bundlers” who solicit contributions from others, donated to the Democratic National Committee and written large checks to Priorities USA, the “super PAC” supporting Mr. Obama’s re-election efforts. They have also donated heavily to Congressional Democrats.
Their support comes as Mitt Romney, the Republican presidential nominee, has called for repeal of the Dodd-Frank Act, which imposed new oversight of the financial services industry and expanded the government’s whistle-blower program to the Securities and Exchange Commission, which has set aside $430 million for payouts. Business groups have also pushed for legislation imposing a cap on payments to whistle-blowers, arguing that rewards reaching as high as $104 million, as happened in one case, have turned anti-fraud efforts into a lottery.
“The risks are enormous there will be real pullback because of pressure from the industry that has paid billions in penalties,” said John R. Phillips, one of the nation’s top whistle-blower lawyers, who has raised more than $200,000 for Mr. Obama’s re-election from colleagues, after first working in 2008 to help Mr. Obama get elected.
The fund-raising is already a flash point in Washington, where lawmakers have been divided along partisan lines over the administration’s efforts to regulate the financial industry and the political parties have long been at odds over trial lawyers and class-action suits. On the campaign trail, Mr. Romney has cast himself and fellow Republicans as champions of business and the president and Democrats as hostile to business interests.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which represents many of the companies that have been targets of the whistle-blower investigations, has criticized the lawyers’ efforts, particularly their aggressive outreach for potential clients.
“If someone is defrauding the federal government or investors, they should have the book thrown at them,” said Matt Webb, senior vice president for legal reform policy at the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform.“But increasingly, this is not just about exposing wrongdoing. It is about trying to generate as much money and fees for the firms handling the cases.”

Some of the industry’s most important players, including lawyers from Mr. Phillips’s firm, played a central role in advising the Securities and Exchange Commission on the rules creating its whistle-blower program, including a provision to broaden the list of who was eligible to file a claim. In the last year, whistle-blower law firms have hired several top S.E.C. officials who helped write those rules. They include Jordan Thomas, who has started a new S.E.C. whistle-blower unit at Labaton Sucharow, a New York-based firm whose employees have contributed to the Obama campaign.
“We have had hundreds and hundreds of inquiries,” said Mr. Thomas, who has sought out clients and promoted his firm’s practice in speeches nationwide, an Internet blog and YouTube videos.“Our phones are ringing off the hook.”
The push to crack down on Medicare fraud, for example, started long before the Obama administration, with many cases initiated by the Justice Department under President George W. Bush. But the Obama administration has been particularly aggressive in pursuing them.
Since January 2009,$13.2 billion has been collected by the federal government from companies through the False Claims Act, the primary whistle-blower tool, with about $9.4 billion of that involving alleged health care fraud. The federal government has recovered more overall in financial penalties against drugmakers since 2009 than in the previous 18 years combined, with whistle-blowers credited for helping initiate about three quarters of the cases, according to a recent study by Public Citizen, a nonprofit group.
Among the biggest False Claims Act settlements was a $2 billion fine against GlaxoSmithKline, accused of illegally promoting one of its blockbuster drugs, which could translate into a more than $100 million bounty for the whistle-blowers, two of whom were represented by Mr. Phillips’s firm. In May, Abbott Laboratories agreed to pay an $800 million fine, which included an $84 million payment to the whistle-blowers, four former Abbott sales staff members, who tipped off authorities about illegal marketing of an anti-seizure drug to children and elderly patients. The lead whistle-blower was represented by Grant & Eisenhofer, a Delaware-based firm whose managing director has also served as bundler and contributor to Mr. Obama.
The S.E.C. whistle-blower program targets fraud that harms investors or consumers through a securities law violation, while the health care cases typically involve cheating the Medicare or Medicaid programs. No big fines have resulted yet from the S.E.C. program because cases typically take several years to develop. But the office is receiving on average 10 tips a day, and got nearly 3,000 in its first year.
Mr. Phillips and other lawyers said their contributions are unrelated to their work and he said they have sparred with the Justice Department during Mr. Obama’s tenure because of its efforts to minimize payouts to whistle-blowers. Corporate lawyers who defend companies, he added, typically make more money on a case than the whistle-blower attorney does.
Still, the ranks of lawyers seeking to represent whistle-blowers has grown quickly in the last several years, as the value of the awards has skyrocketed. Lawyers at dozens of these law firms nationwide have contributed to Mr. Obama, campaign finance records show, while only a sprinkling of checks have been written from employees at the same firms to Mr. Romney.

It's a great day for mixing and mingling with people you always get on well with, so try not to keep yourself to yourself too much as that would be a real shame on a day when you're feeling so convivial and friendly. Speaking of friends, you'll enjoy spending time with them now, especially if you share some core values.
