The issue is not necessarily their age. Anyone behaving like this would be hit just as hard. The only thing age has to do with it is given their youth overcoming the desire to take these two rude, spoiled brats outside to pick a switch as my grandmother used to say….

I have a son their age and if I ever found out he had behaved like this in public, he would never hear the end of it. There really is no reason for anyone of any age to behave in this manner then be vain enough to claim the cause was their "personal beauty" deserves the reaction they get.
