DCF Chief Says More Could Have Been Done To Help Child

I hope to GOD that vt dcf is better than ct dcf. Because of ct dcf your state now has a child rapist living in your comunities. I must warn vt dcf that this case that you have will in fact be closely watched and reported to the public under the first admendment!!! I would also like to add that vermont dcf be very careful in how you handle this case! Your state reputation will be tarnished as well as i will see that justice is done correctly. Any foster parents in vermont fair warning abide by the rules and dont forget about the law of DUE PROCESS.
