If you don't have a nice comment to post, keep it to yourself and just stay away from what you don't like! Or be the mature individual and have a discussion with the manager or owner, i'm sure they would be very interested to listen to your concerns. I have been to Jimmy's several times, at various times and with different company and still the food is excellent. We'll be heading there this weekend! As long as the place stays positive and serves great pizza, I'll be there!

nope, just because it was rated number 3 doesn't mean much considering the lack of good pizza places in the state of Maine. The only pizza I've found thats actually good is from Rocco's in down town OOB. but they are only open during the summer. I'm not looking to waste any more money there.
It's pizza. not really that complicated to make.

I agree that Rocco's has great pizza. However, if you're saying that they have the BEST pizza in Maine, than you don't have very good taste. Sorry. I think they're pizza is excellent and so do alot of other people.

Seems like a good place, but I found the food to be average at best. Flavors terrible/didn't blend, pizza was overdone and way too much oregano. Staff was nice, great selection of beer.

Good food ,and the service was great. Over 120 beers, I was like a kid in a candy store. Try the YaYas specialty pizza its simply amazing. Thursday night was college night you should of seen them ride that mechanical bull. There are things going on every night of the week. Good job Jimmy and Terry

Rocco's for a slice during the summer is fine if you don't mind it your pizza slice reheated. I had my first Italian Pizza at Jimmy's yesterday. It was excellent! I was looking for a webstie so I could place a to-go order. I guess they dont have one yet. BTY - my roomates car was keyed there Friday night.

How did you have your first "Italian" Pizza at a greek pizza place? and do you expect a pizza place not to reheat a slice for you? or do you expect them to cook a brand new pizza just so you can have one slice?

There is more than 'Greek' food there you know. It's a Mediterranean Restaurant. LOTS of Italian food. Hmmm...lets see...is Greece part of the Mediterranean? Wait, is Italy part of the Mediterranean? I think it is! They don't need patrons like you there anyway and all of your negativity. Wait until next summer and go to Roccos! Actually, I think Lisa's may be open...why don't you go there?

I don't go to Lisa's because you can buy frozen pizza at the market. Your right Jimmy's doesn't need me there, they are already negative enough without me.

When you're late to pick up it should be cold!! Besides, do you spell check your messages, on the stole, or stool?

I have eaten at Jimmys at least a dozen times, and have tried a different food each time. Not one disappointing experience. Jimmy is there most nights, and visits customers to be sure their experience has been a good one. Do you know any other place that does that?

I hope that the owners read this, or someone gets them the message. My wife and I have friends who frequent this establishment, and we were excited that it reopened under new ownership, due to the fact that we only live a few miles away. I have been there twice, and both times I had to wait at the bar (in line) and once I came to the bar, the bartender seemed to be picking up, or washing up behind the bar. I would wait patiently, and then another (regular) patron would come up, stand next to me, she would great them by name and serve them without even looking at me. Mind you, this is 6-7:30 in the evening, quiet and comfortable atmosphere at the time. I went back to the table both times, complaining of sickness just to get the heck out of there without spending money, and at the same time, try not to offend our friends. The last time we were there was for one of their birthdays, big party, band…………… same thing. The maitre-d (or supervisor) was off her left shoulder on that one. I am a local business owner myself, and I hope they are able to make it work. They may want to address their wait staff at the bar though. Cant rate the food, I never tried it.

I've only been there for the brunch buffet and it was the worst food that I had ever had, no joke. I haven't been during lunch/dinner hours but after reading many positive reviews I may just have to give it another try!

My response have knowing Jimmy and his wife is that there are haters out there Rich!! Jealous, outsiders, and morons that would trash even the most nice people around. His wife and himself are WONDERFUL, caring, people/parents! He works VERY hard!! So Mr Redmond, I agree! Not sure if you know that Armand is OUT of SoHo's!! We are VERY happy about this! Anyone trashing on "Jimmy/wife" are uneducated losers that have nothing else to do. This is Celena Smith, so please people refrain from talking shit about my friends whom are unfathomable down to earth people!!
