"You never go into a project with the intent to fail," he said.

Well, you should also do your research first, and see that 199.00 per person is a lot of money to charge. You can fly to Vegas, Miami, and other places for 99.00 right now.

Why fly with these guys when you can have the thrill of the occasional diabetic pilot emergency after he lied about his condition, or the thrill of stuck landing gear, or door that flies open on a Massachusetts carrier...

True, but it's a niche market.$200 does sound like a lot to only go 90 miles, but if nobody else is providing that point-to-point service then it's a matter of what the market will bear. Small charter operators can't afford to lose money on short routes because they don't have the profitable long distance routes that the big carriers have to make up the difference.

$199 sounds too cheap to have made a profit.

Every time I read about it in the paper, this sorry excuse for an airport is announcing yet another service cut. What's the point in even keeping it open? If the state's looking to save money, closing this place would be a good start.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Libra

Believe it or not, 2010 is almost round the corner. Start thinking about what you want to achieve next year. If that means admitting defeat in some projects that you tried and failed to launch this year, then so be it. Mercury turns today in your house of endings, so confusion from the past may be resolved in coming weeks. Onwards and upwards!
