Well how about this ladies and gents! Stacy Paul was arrested again Tuesday November 10 for resisting arrest! Do we have a problem seeing that this piece of $hit cracked resists and hits on cops! No I'll be willing to bet that his arrest will not go public, nor his Atty will open their mouths about this!

Just because a person is a thief, alcoholic, crackhead, and non-contributor to society, this does not give law enforcement the green light for a pinata party.

No doubt, if a dude swings first, it is on. Hypothetical situation. The suspect/inmate has been fighting you and some other deputies. The group ultimately controls and cuffs the subject. At this time, one of the group decides to break the suspect's face with an impact weapon. That is certainly not legal. But for you is that out of bounds? Just asking.

I belive if he is handcuffed it's wrong! But if it's all out war and the suspect/ inmate isn't cuffed, then it is what it is! The suspect/inmate will lose everytime, but at to what cost?

I agree, seems like the people that work to provide for there family are penalized, those that make poor choices get rewarded for the amount of children they produce, no father just babie's daddy that are know where to be found when it comes to support. It's a vicious cycle. That's How I see it!
BTW. Go to PA elementry in in the mornings, students are dropped off in Hummers and jags, student goes to breakfast with free lunch.

First off, Im a lifelong friend of kc's, Served in IRAQ with him, and would give him the shirt off my back. That said. I still believe wrong is wrong. If kc did break his jaw without just cause, he'll pay for his MISTAKE( yea i said mistake). Theres a huge difference between a criminal, and a person put in a compromising situation, who reacts inappropriately. How would you handle an Inmate kicking, fighting, and making your job hell.
Theres alot of people who cant handle Kc, he does come off a bit strong, But GET THIS RIGHT NOW! This guy was in JAIL for a reason,,,Let he without sin cast the first stone!,,,,,,,,LOVE YA KC, FIGHT IT TIL THE END,

Being around scumbags in a jail or on the street when in law enforcement creates it's own micro-climate of stress. Combine that with serving our country in Iraq.(IMHO way more stressful) EVERY person in that capacity will be affected in some negative way. MISTAKES, like bananas, do not ordinarily come one to the bunch. The most simple definition of mistake is "a wrong judgement". Narcissistic or ego driven mistakes can land a person in the most trouble. A similar comparison might be crimes of passion. Good luck, support your boy.

Well, I have read all of these post & none of them sound like the Casey I have known for about 9 years. Most of these post sound like they are either from people who for whatever reason hold some sort of grudge against him or from people who say they know him but obviously do not!I beleive that if he did in fact do this, then it was strictly out of self defense.I think if he truly did do this then he would be man enough to step up and take his punishment.I don't think we should pass judgement down on him or anyone due to the fact that we weren't there with them that night! If he did in fact over step his bounds then he will get due justice. The truth always prevails in the end...In his line of work you never know what you'll do or how you'll react until you're faced with it.However, I do not think anything will come out of this at all,I think it's pretty much over and done with!I think it will end up dismissed and he will be fine.I stand behind Casey and his family,I always have & will!

nothing will be happening with this case because the guy they beat up is out of jail and has been paid off to keep his mouth shut!
Who the F are you?? You say you're from Brusly; guess what, so am I. Do you go to the court hearings; have you seen the actual case? They shut your goddamn mouth. You people have done NOTHING to help this case move. You definitely keep electing IGNORANT biggots and drunks into public offices.
You want to worry about something or put your "two-cents" in?? Maybe you should take a day off-- presuming that you actually work-- and go check out some of the days of "court." It's VERY interesting to see drugheaded parents and CHILDREN get "probation" year-after-year. Honestly, it's quite a show they put on. You've got court assistants falling asleep during trials; ADA's who can't get the correct files to save their lives.
Merry Christmas.

JJ may have officially brought the Good Times to an end. The deluxe apartment in the sky will possibly be downgraded to something way less extravagant. Type with one hand, and may the Sunshine Band appear in the other.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Leo

Despite the festivities, something is nagging away at the back of your mind and you won't feel happy until you've done something about it. Do your best to tackle it over the next three weeks while it will benefit from the influence of Mercury backtracking through your sixth house. Your daily routine is filled with an increasing number of details, messages, and information, much of which will be confusing. All you can do is change your attitude to whatever is worrying you.
