what do you do when you know a morally corrupt person who is in a position of authority at this church and in the community? There is no illegal activity. But i have information about this hypocritical person that needs to be exposed in order to prevent embarrasment of this church. I am sure the church leadership would be interested too. But i fear retribution in the form of a slander lawsuit as a means of a "cover up". What would you do?

If you have the facts there cannot be a form of slander. I would think facts speak for themselves. Call the Pastor that way you can keep your identify concealed.

I understand your point: the truth is the truth. The problem is, once I disclose the details, my identity is revealed due to the situation. It just stinks - it's a catch-22.
