LeAnne Tucker, if she lives, or her family needs to go after the prosecutors and "judges" that are reponsible for this guy NOT being locked up for life after his first few convictions.

This whole situation clearly shows that the problem is with the system, mainly the "judges" and prosecutors. I can't believe the sheriff actually said he doesn't understand how a convicted obtained a weapon.....seriously????? Well, I don't understand why this guy was NOT in prison for life. He, the Sheriff seems to be a good guy and a good Sheriff; can't believe he said that. He knows better.

Where is PROBATION?
He only served six years, for killing a former girlfriend?
Accident or no acccident.
If you abuse (isn't shooting/killing abuse?) your spouse, you get a domestic violence on your record, RESULT: Counciling, classes, probation, maybe jail time.
Repeat domestic violence violators should have to be registered just like sex offenders.
People might think twice.
Hope the Mother is doing better.
Poor daughter, think about what the rest of her life is going to be like. Young enough not to fully understand, but old enough to remember.

Did LeAnne know the background of her husband? A suspect in a murder amd kills his ex? She must have really loved this guy to have married him. No one deserves what he did to LeAnne and her precious daughter. I hope she recovers from this. My prayers are with her and her family.

This man walked into Jennifers house with her 2 children and 2 witnesses there. They asked to speak with Jennifer. Three people walked into another room. Two walked out and left the residence after the witnesses stated they heard a gunshot. Seconds later Jennifer was found with a bullet hole in her forehead. I would question how your district attorney got from murder to attempted assult. He should have never been allowed to walk the streets again. At the time it was well known he was prime suspect of the stabbing death of a 13 year old. There has not been one day I have not missed Jennifer. Her son was 16 months old when he was taken from that crime scene, He is 16 now. Jennifer was my daughter in law and my friend. This animal left my grandson to grow up with out a mother. Morris Tucker was previously convicted of a felony at the time which if I am not mistaken would have been 5 years in prison just for using a handgun. He got the time for using the handgun in the comission of a crime, Jennifers murder was free. Bitter? A little bit
