I live in Las Vegas NV. and I also ordered a garage door part from Garage Door Parts Express LLC two weeks ago, they already charged for the order made and I sent 4 different e-mails asking about the status of my order and no had reply yet, and I also called to the phone number that is posted to get in contact with this company and guess what? it is out of order, so I'm afraid of not getting the items that I already paid for, I just hope some one with the right authority can fix the way this company works, so , more people don't get affected the way I did.
