No, no. A hail of gunfire is meant for execution. We have trigger happy law enforcement in Kansas City who believe they should annihilate criminals who they see fit. "lets be glad he didn't take a hostage", I guess all criminals take hostages. Quit watching movies and come back to reality. That definitely isn't him. Any of these people on here who know him will tell you.
So he only has only 13 wounds. Repeat that again, but this time think of your child or parent. REALLY, think about it. Only then can you comprehend what we are going through.
Nick screws up, no question about that. But he didn't deserve that....

i knew the victim only for a short pierod of time, in that time i grew to know nick as a caring and
loving individal. he would do anything for anyone who needed his help. theres isnt any excuses for the things he done or for those he hurt. however altho its not up to me, i cant help but think was the fbi force a bit too much???? he was one person, and how many agents did it really take to take him into custody? and was it really necassary to shoot so many times that the hole left look like
a dot to dot picture? im relieved hes in custody for all our sakes, but on his behalf--try being the one calling his mother and telling her what happened to her son.....and tell me u dont carry some pain in all this

This guy was a scumbag who pulled a pistol. Maybe he was trying suicide by cop who know but this guy has an extensive criminal background with multiple arrests for violent crimes. He deserved every single bullet that hit him. No pity, too bad he lived and will now cost all of us legal tax paying citizens to try his sorry arse and then incarcerate him for the next decade.

They intended to murder him. His body is riddled with bullet holes. They were not smart enough to get him in a place where innocent people weren't around. They took out their anger on a man who is not a violent criminal. FBI was very angry. He does not have a violent record.
He does have a violent record that goes back years. I wonder what you would say if his violence had touched you personally. It's real easy for people like you to judge. I just can't believe anyone with a modicum of education could put forth the drivel you have. Pull your head out of your ..,!

I bet Nick Jr. is really proud of his dead beat dad now. Thank god he is in jail. If it takes 100 FBI agents to get one drugged out, pistol wielding asshole then so be it. Mothercat is a stoner. FBI doesn't get "angry", this was business, mostly they are thinking...'what an idiot'. Look up Nick's record, it is public knowledge.

We are all God's Children. Is it really necessary on your part to bring up an innocent child? It sounds like you have an ax to grind. You are frightening to listen to.

This poor innocent child has to live the rest of his live with a history of having a stupid dad. He will come to understand how bad his dad was as the boy grows and matures. No ax to grind, I just think that if a person goes this far to break the law, then you get what you deserve. Thank God the woman he was with didn't get hurt.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Virgo

You're finally at your best after relaxing and catching your breath for a moment. Now that you're rested, it's time to do some of the things you've been putting off lately. Make a sudden appearance to surprise someone from your past. No matter how many new people you meet, don't forget that old friendships are the glue that holds the relationship cycle together. Keep in mind that a present doesn't have to cost much, as long as it comes from the heart.
