incident outside of bar

If anybody was a witness to an incident involving the Arnold Park Police Department and a group of guys on the evening of 8/8/09 outside of the bar Boji Nights please leave a comment and a way to contact you. The incidend involved about 12 guys, the police....two of the individuals were tasered. This is in regards to a pending civil action. Thanks!

I've seen someone tasered every time I've gone to the bars

I was there that night and put under arrest for public intoxication only for the police to find out after Tasering the crap out of me for no reason, that once taking to the Emergency Room I was completely sober!! I did nothing or the sorts to resist arrest. It's been caught on video and I've contacted the ACLU and a lawyer. Officer J.Furman went absolutely nuts on me for no reason. We will take this all the way. Most crooked event that I've ever seen take place.

I am so sorry to hear that that had happend to you! I hung out with you guys that night and I remember asking you why you were drinking Bush NA, and you had told me that it was because you quit drinking five years ago. I know that that might not be much help to you, but its the best I can do. I hope it helps!

Wow suprised a stranger remembered what I drank that night lol and commented here. Small world. If your who I think you are. You guys left in a cab about 10seconds before it happend. Which is good because anybody near us got roughed up and stuffed. To clarify there never was a fight nor a struggle just a couple cops who forgot their motto "Serve and Protect" decided to go nuts for no reason, wild animals do that sometimes,thats why you should always keep a safe distance. Its alright tho caught on tape.(yawn)Trial next week.
