I haven't been to Hobby Lobby yet and it's because I couldn't access it from the mall - bad decision by HL and the mall! The doorway is already there!! Why block it? Silly and stupid! If I were a crafter I would go around to their front entrance but just to browse and check them out, it's ridiculous to go outside and walk around to their only door. In a strip mall, you expect this but not in an enclosed mall. I was not the only one to make note of this when they first opened and we all agreed. My husband cannot walk that distance and I was not about to drive the car to their front door just to browse! I think that their sales would be better if there were access from the mall - we browsers many times see thing and buy them - if I can't just wander in from the mall, I don't see and don't buy - sorry HL!! Open up that door for winter!!

I agree 100% "logistics". We were there very soon after they opened to check it out, but since we could not access from the mall, I guess they don't need the business. Are they part of the mall or not. I know there are those out there that will consider this to be nothing or a little thing, but its a matter of principle.

It's true, their numbers would double if they had a direct entrance in the mall. What are their numbers going to look like when it's snowing and people don't want to walk around the mall to get to their front door? A mall enterance wouldn't change their hours. All they have to do is lock the doors on Sundays. They should think about it.

I mall entrance WOULD change their hours. Good for them to NOT let any other store make decisions for them.

Kind of like the business model for Chick-Fil-A - excellent food, profitable business, and closed on Sunday.

Who is the genius that decided they shouldn't have a mall access door?

As for being closed on Sunday?

All that does is inconvenience potential customers who work all week themselves and only have Saturday or Sunday to do any shopping.

But if maintaining some goofy notion that Sunday is the 'day of rest' is more important to you than serving your customers, go for it.

I'll be shopping at Michael's.

More junk that you don't need. I checked out the store when it first opened. The products are cheap and the staff was rude. Go to Michaels.

Your too lazy to walk 20 yards around the building yet you would walk around the inside of the mall and HL for hours. MY word....walk the 20 yards around the corner, you probably need the excercise.

Suck it up you lazy piece of human flesh. If you really wanted to shop there, you would. Your comment is what is silly and stupid.

HL is not part of the Mall becasue that is the way they wanted it and the way they have it at every store.

You have a motorized cooter, section 8, Cash assistance and food stamps as well.
Business hasn't exactly been booming.
To build you're special access ramp would put the store in bankruptcy.
Keep voting for yo'’re greedy, democratic special interest groups.
China will put you're a$$ to work.
