Cost of a book is an issue. If there were more advertisers to underwrite the books, the price would come down. I would think there would be an advantage to placing an ad in the one publication that few people ever throw away.

a great idea ! my 30th reunion is coming up and one thing we all talk about are the wonderful eateries and stores now closed. If they were advertised in the yearbook, we could at least "see" them and smile :-D

what's another $67 when you're already tens of thousands in the whole! at least you get something tangible out of the deal.

Why not include the price of the yearbook within an "activity fee" or something like that? They'd pay for it at the beginning of the year and receive the book for no cost at delivery at the end of the year?

Just a thought...
