Why is a teacher who has done nothing illegal chastized while a student who has committed the crime of STEALING coddled? Go ahead and steal kids, apparently that's acceptable.

People are sooo stupid it drives me insane.... So what you saying , is that people should be held accountable for what they do in their own home?? Regardless of the fact that the students have this photo, it was taken illegally from private property (the cell phone) by someone other than the teacher (the student) and broadcasted it through out the school. Don't you think this is embarrassment enough?

See the problem is, that students aren't held accountable for THEIR ACTIONS AND PARENTS NEED SOMEONE ELSE TO BLAME SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO BLAME THEMSELVES FOR NOT TEACHING STUDENTS THE VALUE OF MORALS, STEALING AND PRIVATE PROPERTY. Usually I say that different opinions are an option in this case, but frankly, if anyone thinks she should be fired... they are just plain stupid and ignorant to the actual problem at hand.... THE PARENTS!! Should she not have brought that picture phone into school… sure, but what are the chances she even knew you could take a picture off a phone using Bluetooth?

Who's guilty? The thief should be judged. The teachers phone is personal property. If this is permissable for them in highschool, it will continue throughout, possibly. NOT GUILTY

Just imagine how she is feeling right now. Do you think that she is even at work now. If that picture was taken in her home on her property why should she be judged. There was no little kid so who gives a crap. She didn't broadcast it the student did. I think someone should take this students parents out and horse whip them and teach them how to give their child some boundries and rules that he needs to follow.

I agree stealing is wrong and that her phone is personal property. The thing is, what if she had brought a Playgirl to work with her and it was found. All of you would be saying how wrong it is to bring porn to school and would be calling for her to be fired. She brought nude photos to work with her and they were found.Bottom line is the kids should be punished for stealing but. we all need to be careful what we carry around with us.
