holy hell your not paying attention to the conversation at all.
YOU SAID THAT 3 HOURS AGO!

here it is, your words:

there is no need for atheists to have morality. You are hypocritical by on one hand saying we are just accidents and that life really has no meaning then on the other hand saying we should be moral. You think we just evolved and are basically just animals. You think animals care about morality? Of course not.

are you not even keeping up with what you, yourself are saying?

why should morality be a value for atheists? According to you guys we are nothing more than an accident of random chemicals bonding together. Who cares if one group of chemicals does something to the other? Life has no meaning anyway right? Morality is a Christian concept not an atheist one. You are actually borrowing from Christianity.
Morality is a value that humans hold.... This is not something that is a gift to christians...If this is something that you have been taught then you were taught wrong... If you have just decided this on your own then you are just arrogant.

We are humans and we all hold the ability to be moral...you really are being pretty ridiculous. Anyone with any kind of intelligence would not argue that morality is a only something that Christians are capable of.

Many of the lay Buddhists I know are rather fond of cognac, a hangover (pun intended) from the French occupation of Southeast Asia. When the Precept is hem, they say, "Alcohol is the enemy. I must destroy the enemy consuming it until the bottle is empty, so that no other Buddhists will be tempted."
That's brilliant!

And not a little Zen too (as I understand "zen"...)

People are animals.

Why is it always 100% or 0% with you idiots?

Sheesh, but you are a low-grade, ill-educated moron.

why do atheists need to be moral? You don't think there is a purpose in life, you don't think we were created, we are just accidents, we are animals, there is no set morality in your eyes, etc. You are borrowing morality from Christianity which is pretty funny. Morality has no place in evolution.

Rule of Law.

Google that concept-- I know it's almost completely beyond your meager skills, but try...

You must be one of those people who knows how everyone feels and what everyone thinks huh? Do you ever ask? And if you ask do you then actually listen to the person? Morality had its place in society...it may actually be different in different cultures. If you simply looked up the definition of morality then you would see how you are twisting all of it. Of course I'm speaking to you as if you are actually trying to have a discussion an not obviously trying to stir a pot of frustration and anger with your comments.

you are the one who isn't listening or just choosing not to. Atheist can behave morally but can't give good reasons as to why one thing should be viewed as good and another as evil. Morality comes from the natural law and order of things which comes from God. It doesn't come from evolution.

Just as I thought-- you cannot google, either.

Just as you cannot use the "reply"...

Morality is pretty simple without a "god" darlin...similar to you're ten commandment. Don't steal, don't kill, basically treat others the way you would want to be treated. It's not that hard if you are willing to be responsible for your own actions.

Ooooooh! You used the "r" word--- godbots are not comfortable with **that**.

They'd rather use the "excuse" of "the devil made me do it"...

If you did, for some reason it's not showing in my feed.

I just see a generic place-holder.

why not steal, kill, rob, lie, cheat, etc.? Why does it really matter to you? We are all animals anyway and survival of the fittest is how we got to this stage right? You have no basis for your belief if you are an atheist/evolutionist. You have to borrow from Christianity which is very hypocritical of you. You can't have it both ways dear.

On the subject of morality, are you in favor of homosexuality and abortion? Of course you are.

Kinda scary that you have such feelings about this, but I can see that your Christian morals must be way looser than what I was always taught. Sounds to me like you have no conscious...I hope if you have children or ever do, that you don't teach them such horrible thoughts about their fellow man, and I hope you teach them to act better than what your post shows that you do. I hope you have more love in your life than you let on....because the more you post, the more I wonder how many horribly unloving the people in your life have been

I don't borrow anything from Christianity...I have no need to, and it's really quite pointless and rude to ask a question and then answer it for the person.

horrible thoughts? lol.........and what horrible thoughts are you talking about? You are so dramatic. Its so funny when the politically correct crowd use words like hateful, zealot, close minded, bigot, etc. They then turn right around and insult Christians and seem to be fine with it. You people are so hypocritical.

Admit it...you are in favor of homosexuality and abortion.

I wasn't insulting you at all, but if you have the thoughts about me that you do, just because I don't share your religion then I can't imagine what your outlook is on other people. I think you are much more dramatic than myself and I will not talk about any other subject other than your overinflated ego because I simply don't want to read your ranting lol.
