I think it is wonderful that you have brought halloween back after all these years. Thins like this can happen in every town. Here are a few pointers to keep safe. In my town they limit the hours the kids can go trick-or-treating. Normally from the time the little ones get out of school till about 730pm. The parents go with the smaller childern and the older ones normally go in groups of 3 or more. When you get home with your candy don't eat any of it till mom or dad checks it. Candy bars such as snickers, milkyway and three musketeer bars should be gently squeezed if no air is contained in the rapper through it out. No sence taking chances. You should also limit the houses you go to and only go to homes in which you know the neighbors. Well, thats it. Hope you all have a safe and Happy Halloween!
