Oh gimme a break! I cant stand all these stupid "side laws" or penalties. If they want stiffer penalties then go for stiffer penalties. Also, if they werent playing stupid games between agencies maybe they could focus on catching someone for a change. What next, if someone robs a place they inform restaurants not to serve them? Its stupid and it just represents those paid by tax money not doing their job but playing fancy smart aleck instead.
As for the story, I love all animals but how is that supposed to detour anything. I also wonder how the dogs were in an apartment hallway long enough to die without someone seeing them. Small dogs are usually valuable and sought after and I speculate she figured someone would gladly take them. Maybe they should look into the landlord too.

If they are going to "block" someones registration, tags, drivers license, etc., shouldn't it be a motor vehicle type offense?
OR do we make up rules and laws as we go?
Animal Cruelty is WRONG, but find other means to catch and punish those responsible for their crime.
What next?, traffic cameras to enforce children curfews?(which I believe should be outlawed)

Have you also noticed that most high profile cases today are being decided by politics rather than set laws. Well actually finaggeling them to squeeze into set laws based on what media mobs might want. Nowdays its more like "if the majority dont like you youre guilty."

Yes, sir and furthermore the minority is now the majority...go figure.
Not being racist but look at the gay community for perfect example, being forced upon us!

Just how is the Gay community being forced upon us.
Oh Im not gay. Married 32 years. My next door neighbor is gay. He's lived there for 10 years. It hasnt rubbed off yet. No other neighbor has caught it. There isnt a rash of gayness in the neighborhood. We dont have a parade on our street each week. In fact he's a Police Officer.
So Timmy P....I cant wait to hear this.
If you have any type of warrant you should not be able to register a car or get tags. Maybe we would put more of these worthless turds in jail.
You probably dont listen to that gay music either.

This shouldn't happen without a conviction first. Has she even been served?

What, do you feel yourself turning gay? Not that there's anything wrong with that.
What do racism and gays have to do with one another, anyway?

As for the comment that I made "should be outlawed", I was referring to the traffic cameras, NOT cerfews. I guess that I should have made that more clear.
As for you who embrace GAYS, have at it!

Good idea, but really doubt sickos like that will be worried about renewing their drivers license if they already have a warrant out.

Thats a very good point. That point also made me consider "why arrest or prosecute someone if you can penalize them without doing so?" Obviously if you could catch them applying for a new DL then you could catch them period if you wanted? Whats wrong with just catching them like they are supposed to?
I admit I would prefer highlighting the insanity of the justice and enforcement systems by something other than animal cruelty but there can always be things people dont know to a story and even so far as the person not being guilty at all. Though there is an infinite number of possibilties, one example could be that maybe she gave the dogs to the landlord or a neighbor and they decided they didnt want them and put them back at her door the next day, after she was gone? Some states dont believe in penalties before there is a hearing and I dont know how some states get by with it under the Constitution. One thing is the stupid precedent they made of "driving being a privilege." From that "privilege" standard they are continually coming up with new stupid ideas like this. In the US driving is not a privilege. It is a basic necessity unless you live in a downtown with less than 5% of state population. It is not a privilege, it is the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. It is not a privelege, it is the basic right of transportation in the way that america has set.

Why does it mater if our law ENFORCEMENT is gay? As long as they are doing their job, it shouldn't matter their sexual preference.

That is a perfect example why women should not be involved in politics or voting. Any snake can charm women. Political snakes charming women speaks for alot of the insanity america is in today.

Has nothing to do with being a woman! I am not easily charmed by anyone but my children. It doesn't matter if your male or female.
