Clinton increased the debt by 22.5% an ann. increase of 2.8%
Bush II increased it 75.2% an ann. increase of 9.4%
Obama has increased the debt by 37.6% or an ann. avg of 12.5 %.
Even if Obama keep up this rate he would still increase it at a percent lower than Bush I / or Reagan and Bush II
