no, municipalities can bar people from carrying weapons on their property. Now if it's subsidized housing that would be questionable because people can own weapons in their home if they are paying rent. I doubt it would be enforceable because you would have a case of fun confiscation and would need search warrants ect. No probable cause no search warrant 4 amendment protects the 2nd.

That's funny. In a few more years you will have NO rights unless you have money, lots of money.

Friggin communists. The residents of Hopkinton need to vote this Rust clown out of his position. His arrogance is revolting. He seems proud to be shredding the second ammendment.

It will never be dead. Just like the micro-stamping legislation that the liberal democrats tried to have signed into law last year and failed. Well, guess what they put it back on the table again this year. It is a constant battle to keep our second amendment rights. And when or if they take away the right to bear arms what right will go next? Freedom of speech, freedom of religion or the whole constitution? Communism and socialism doesn't happen overnite. They chip away at the freedom stone little by little until it is dust in the wind. This Rust clown and his way of thinking needs to go. California had a recall election when they weren't happy with Governor Davis. Hopkinton could do the same.
