This kid can never make a DUI arrest ever, defense will tear him apart. On the other hand he does have first hand experience with being a drunk driver. Sad situation for the force and a black mark.

I read he got 3 month suspension for license, good thing he's connected or it would be a year. The police are a mess one guy has been suspended for 2 years and now another. What a waste of money which I'm paying in taxes. They should all be fired

The cops stick together. Even when they arrest each other ... the arresting officer makes sure he/she makes procedural blunders .. in the hope the case falls apart.
