This makes much more sense than their other proposals.

In my opinion it's a half ass attempt on Edwards part to break into the Plainfield market. I feel if they keep working with Village Officials and continue to bolster support from the Plainfield residence, the Health Facilities Board will allow Edward to construct a full service facility in Plainfield. Anything can be accomplished with some perseverance!

Who friggen cares!! Plainfield is full of Wannabe yuppies!! Naperville wannabe's
These Wannabe Yuppies you speak of are the same people who elevate what property values we have left. They are the reason we have one of the highest median home values in the country, one of the highest median household income levels in the country and they are what makes Plainfield one of the top 5 fastest growing communities in the country. We should be grateful that we live in an area that is so prosperous in these economic times.

Dad has got it right, can't argue with the facts. Naperville is a wonderful community, no denying, but I'm also financially savy and see no point in spending 150K more for the same home 1 mile south. With the extra cash I can do more coke like many "Napervillians do" right.
Don’t forget about your booming Hispanic gang population, and Massive home foreclosures. All because Plainfield is "financially savy". Your "Downtown" is designed to keep the large alcoholic population happy. Bar, Bar, Wine shop, Bar, Oh, Ice cream! Come on! Please, act as you are, not as you wish to be. Plainfield strives off of Naperville. Without it.. Hmmmmm. |
Instead of bitching and crying about how "Our Downtown" is designed, why dont you break out the piggybank, lease some storefront space and contribute to the downtown economy like the rest of us young business professionals are trying to do.
Blah, Blah , Blah !! You would actually invest there. You are probably drunk while writing this. Your town is FAR from an investment. Your comment "young business professionals" speaks for itself. As for myself investing there, NEVER. I do not want to lose money. Even though I could open a bar, and put a gun store next to it for your gang bangers. That would be a really good investment for your dump. Plainfield is the next Aurora. Give it time. |
