Man Says Murder Sentence is Excessive

A western Nebraska man says the 70-year sentence he received for murdering his girlfriend's 4-year-old daughter is excessive.

His sentence should have been executed in less than 70 days.

This guy is absolutely wrong and absolutely insane!
His "sentence" is 70 years and it (the sentence, not him) IS being executed, but it's ok, I know what you're trying to accomplish here.

I hope the judge reconsiders too. 70 years is not long enough......LIFE + 15 minutes (just to make sure). The certificate of death signed by the Dr is the "get out of jail" card.
