Does any one know what the law is about going on the adjacent property to weather proof my wooden fence, they have planted vegetation against my fence. I have over 6 inches of property still on the side of the fence though the neighbor says it is his property, I had a survey so I know where the property line is. My question is just going over on that side to weather treat it.

Call a lawyer, spend some money on the justice system & maybe you will paint your fence ? Remember after all this waste of money & time you will have to still look at your neighbor & put up with that world no matter what the justice system says or doses .You will also learn a real world lesson of life .
