Yes, it was a black gun powder, yes it had packing, and no it had no ball in it. Your EMS guy better ask that hospital in St. Charles if they operated or if they had him sent into St. Louis for surgery. Yes the guy knew actually what happened to him and he repeated the story to me yesterday. He laughed at your arrogance. His attorney will have a field day with this, and already is. Why don't you ask if one of your officers or EMS guys has followed up on how this person is doing? Your EMS guy and officer did not stay with this person after they dropped him off at the St. Charles hospital. The hospital took one look at the arm and said there was no way they could even start to help him.

No hospitals in Lincoln/St. Charles handle any type of trauma so big deal he had to go to St. Louis. Also, according to the police report, there was NO wadding in the gun. Get you a copy and read it. But thats what insurance is for, I am sure he will make a little coin from it.

I personally know the people that run this haunted house and the actor involved in the accident. People were pulling at the actor and he asked them to stop but they made him fall. No one wants to see anyone get hurt. It was a black powder rifle not a gun. "a mom" you live in Pennsylvania? This happened in Missouri. Lincoln County does not have different stories. They have the correct story. Maybe you are just believing what you want to believe. Nobody tried to cover up anything. You are just a moron.

The Cobb Factory is by far the worst haunted house we've ever been to. I'm pretty sure they state no refunds because they know everyone would want their money back. It was extremely short and not scary. I can't believe panicfest actually supported this place.
