I thought at first that having the Governor order the Mo. Dept. of Revenue to do this was a good idea. Now I am learning that the order does not include deductions, credits, or exemptions. So just how good is it? My spouse and I will continue to file as individuals I think.

I hadn't heard about the deductions and credits. I can't quite figure out how that would work. Sounds like a slam dunk law suit. It's going to be a real mess if they don't accept the federal returns.
