Newly-elected Chesterfield mayor says no change possible for mall sales tax
CHESTEFRIELD, Mo. Newly elected Mayor of Chesterfield is opposed to a new sales tax increase that is already budgeted to pay for the new outlet mall development.

This is no surprise. He's been against the development from the beginning. I'm sure he'll do nothing but be a pain in the A to developers of the outlet malls. Chesterfield voted the wrong into the Mayor's office.
