we are pleased with the tight community and fellowship among the neighbors (at least on my st.) and being so close to everything is super nice. I love O'fallon - the people in this town have been nicer to me than anywhere I lived. Even the lady at shop n save told me a big welcome when I said I just moved here and she gave me an rft, a phonebook and a free community events booklet and that was nice!

This Fairview Manor Trailer Park is the scariest place to live on Earth. Since my prior comment back in August, I've had a six foot five retarded african American man (brandon)(rides a skateboard) terrorize me. He lives on Elmtree Dr in o'fallon. My wife is pretty and according to the neighbors, he's been lookin in our windows, and tapping on our trailer. And carrying a shovel and walking up and down in front of our trailer multiple times a day. According to some other neighbors, they had to put a stop to him doing this to another girl he did that to. That family of his has been warned. For anyone living in Fairview Manor Trailer Park that hasn't been called or visited yet, be on the look out he is sneaking out at night, his mom sleeps hard and the brother doesn't get home till 1 a.m. He's been hididng in the neighbors porch and waits for my wife to walk the dogs at night. our fence gates are open all the time, and the neibors security light is on frequently in the night. BEWARE - he's six foot five and 250 lbs.- supposedly going to a 'home' feb. 1. My wife is petrified.

Oh, the one off of 40 by Dardenne Prairie and LSL? Another fantastic place. LOL. No seriously, it's rolling meadows is one of the biggest dumps and pin oak park is just a little better. Fairview Manor is scary but the one off of 40 and N is worse. People get stabbed and shit in there.

I have either lived in or been associated with Fairview for the past 40 years and would walk anywhere in the park at night by myself and not even think twice about it. Just because a few people have given it a bad name doesn't mean the whole park is bad. It is like anywhere you live there are good a bad things that happen. You have to be aware of your surrounding whether you live in fairview, ladue or downtowm St.L.

fairview aint nothing like it use to be. scared of little old brandon? he wouldnt harm a fly, i know cuz i was there when they first moved in. fairview use to be the shit. the kids use to run it, there wasnt any bs cuz we wouldnt let it happen. stepped up and we'd meet in the jumps. know bout that place brah? we ran the streets, now everyone moved. if you think its oh so scary now then im glad you werent there before!

i lived in that shithole for about 15 yrs,,,known a lot of people in and out of there for even longer,,,moved to lincoln co, 12 yrs ago...fvm is a little ghetto and always will be. that retard wont hurt you ...just bust him in the mouth if he gets out of hand ... he digs chiks ...who can blame him? hes just a harmless dumbass.even when he was a kid.as far as trailer parks go , its a classic ...live it ....you can tell stories someday...be proud trailer trash!!!

Yes fairview sucks. I lived there for 17 years almost my hole life. And I have known Brandon for a very long time. He is harmless. He has the mind of a small child. Children speek what they think do they not? He likes to play games that's why he taps on trailors. He is.a sweet boy if you took the time out of your day to know him.

NAh its not a bad place if you don't mind all the drama such as being waken up at any given time at night cause you hear people screaming about who cheated on who and why, kids in there are all wanna be gangsters, they break in to your cars and steal shit, in which has been done to me many times, my neighbor had her car messed with so much that she had security cameras put up on her trailer. Just on my street alone which was hemlock there was at least 3 method labs, yea its a GREAT place to live..fuck that place

Brandon is gone and the boy was harmless. Yes he has issues but when you all are making fun of a boy with disabilities that is just wrong. He has gone away to a place that is just right for him. And he is a 9 year old in a 21 years olds body. Yes he like to play football.
I have lived here for 3 years and i have the best neighbors. My landlord is the greatest. I would recommend him to anyone.
Yes all neighborhood have their faults but what neighborhood doesn't. It doesent matter where you live you are going to have the people with the cleanest yard, the hillbilly's, the gangsters, to poor family and the rich family.
I love it I am less than 4 minuets from everything (Walmart, Walgreen, gas station, Target, fast food, nice dine in restaurants.
