I think instead of gun control we should focus on mental health I saw a guy running down hwy k without a shirt on yelling at cars

It's too politically incorrect to talk about mental health issues, you might hurt someone's feelings!

I agree. It is bogus to just require health officials to report. What will be be reluctant to seek help and it places an unreasonable liability on the Heath officials. What we need is availability of affordable mental health care.
