How can you critize a man, that was voted into office to uphold the law and when he does just that, you want to have him thrown out of office?

I think he should take it on his own to walk...Out of his own mouth on TV he said "I try and do it for any family member, I do this myself, no one has requested it." (any attorney). Just wrong that he brought him to the viewing and then took him back before the funeral or family came in, to say good-bye. With the evidence presented to Grand Jury that they "HAD" before the viewing or funeral. He should have NEVER entertained the idea much less followed through with it. SHAME ON BENNY!! Then Benny didn't even lead the funeral percession as he usally does at any other funeral.

now that is intresting. I just heard a voter say the other day that they voted for benny because he leads all funeral percessions. Now why the no show for this poor young lady who was tortured and murderd, yet benny finds time to escort a muderer all over town. we need a recall now. Baxley has no leader as sheriff.

I would think that the fact that he had a lawyer that was watching every move law enforcement made and the fact that ALL of his rights had to be followed was taken into effect. One wrong call could cause a lots of problems when it goes to court. I am sure the sheriff is double checking his list. But it seems that all of you want a be lawyers have all the answers for everything. But to get on here and say that he was not there to lead the funeral possesion. That tells me you are really pulling at straws. So leave the sheriff to do his job. Then when court starts. Go to the hearing and get your answers. I don't like it any more than anyone else. But, I know Jonathan now has more rights than you and I. Let one be broken and his lawyer will use it against law enforcement in court. So for the time being. Find something else to gripe about. This one was a little silly.

Awe...hit a nerve Crow? Why don't you get off your inbreed knees and stop giving Benny blowjobs on here....if people want to bitch about an arrogant jackass, let them! And you screaming abouts "rights" make you look like a jackass yourself....what about Mandy's right to life and her right to raise her child and everyone involved rights to a normal life? Just shut it and stop defending Benny! Inbreed retard!

Not trying to pull straws...just stating FACTS...and how he (Benny) loves to say what he does for the community. I'm GLAD he took the day off and stayed away...wish he would do it MORE OFTEN...like just go ahead and RETIRE NOW. Maybe silly to you but think about how you would feel IF YOUR daughter was done the way Mandy was??? No laws said he had ANY RIGHT to be there!!! Praying for justice and peace/strength for the families.

Why are YOU so nasty and angry? In your first line, you said that if people want to bitch about an arrogant jackass, let them. Then in your last line, you tell him to shut up.Well, if "people" want to bitch and have that right, then Crow and other "people" have the same right to voice their opinions.Double standard, I must say.
Yes, Mandy had rights. I don't think Crow has said she didn't have her rights. But...Jonathan is the one who killed Mandy, not Benny! I don't understand why Benny is taking the brunt of this. Like Crow said, he's doing what he needs to do to keep the lawyers from sneaking in on a minor call on law enforcement.

You're wrong. It is the law. At the time of the viewing and funeral, Jonathan had not be officially charged. He had a warrant taken out and was arrested on suspicion. Would you have liked for him to get off with the murder because of a technicality? That's what his lawyer is looking for. I don't like it either but he had the right. Sorry.

The "KEY" arrested....NO BOND hearing...so he had NO RIGHTS to come and go as HE or the Sheriff wanted him to. He turned himself in and needed to SIT THERE until either a bond is set or trial starts. This one is all on the sheriff, anyway you look at it. I Benny said just that...."I'm going it", no law about it...just him and I for one didn't see Benny anywhere close to Jonathan the time I was waiting in line (In the chapel)...which again Benny said "I will" escot him.

You hit no nerve with me. I just look at the overall picture in things. Something, I am sure from your post you are not capable of.Saying rude things to me is of no circumstance. See, I usually pity people like you. Ignorance is a sad thing and apparently you are full of it.

In this the lady was killed by her husband/boyfriend and the brother of lady, shot the one who shot his sister and then benny deloach refused to let this man out of jail long enough to attend his sisters visitation/funeral. I would like to know why he went out of his way for the courson man and refused this brother of visitation/funeral of his sister. He didnt kill the man that shot his sister, just wounded him. Just would like to know why?

Going by others on here, was it because the black family couldnt afford a high price lawyer or is it because benny playing favoritism, I would say benny playing favoritism, I could see and still see in my mind the smirk on his face when they interviewed him on WTOC about what was happening in the beginning of this. So to all that think benny had no choice to let courson to go to visitation. You wrong. He did have a choice because he made a choice in the "Vann case" and the man didnt get to go to his sisters visitation/funeral.

Why don't you ask the Sheriff and not topix. Seems to make more sense to me.

Already stated the fact that people need to leave it to the officials to handle. But if, I want an answer to something. I will truly go to the source and get it answered. I won't be on topix asking for answers to questions. Not hard to figure out.
