Judge it!
The Daviess County Sheriff's Department arrested two men Tuesday on preliminary Domestic Battery Charges.
23-year-old Darren Perry Junior of Odon is also facing a charge of Criminal Confinement.
48-year-old Robert Risley of Washington also faces three counts of Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury and Resisting Law Enforcement.
Perry is being held in the Daviess County Security Center without bond.
Risley's bond was set at 3500 dollars.
