This so called attorney can't handle any case due to his calling to be the next George strait. He will not even attempt to go to your court date much less care that your loved one is in freaking county jail for 6 months due to Mr.Low and his incompetence. Also his secretaries will not either inform him of your calling nor will they offer any form of assistance. I suppose they were destined to be his back up singers instead.

Told me my license was suspended for 6months and to pay $700 for occupational. 5months. Have past and nothing from.him. so i end up calling department of Texas and checked my self and turns out my license wasn't suspended. I complained and demanded money back and.he says to come in at a certain time, and ends up closing..

I hired justin as my lawer to take carea of myyou legal business And since, ive paid to just have my court dates pushed or postponed because he was "in court" another time "in a wreak" and his secretary just says she'll tell him or that he's busy. He dont call to keep you informed he dosnt care about you just your money. And when i first hired him a friend told me the exact same thing, but i didnt wanna believe him. And now i google his name only to find im not the only one. If your in need of a good lawyer who will actually care and actually call you and keep you informed ,THEN DONT HIRE JUSTIN LOW!!!!

LOW as a SNAKE
I found several bad reviews posted on this snake as early as October 6, 2009, unfortunately, too late to help my son. A snake may shed his skin, but he's still a snake and Justin Low sure hasn't changed.
My son originally hired Justin Low and because of his complete inadequate assistance of council and the fact that Justin showed up on his court date totally unprepared to defend his case, he advised him to take a deal, a very bad deal. Specifically, I believe my son became the victim of a very ugly judicial practice of prosecutors over charging the case in order to force a plea bargain and a lazy, incompetent attorney who just wanted to collect what he considered his fee. My son had been making payments to him and had already paid him over $3500.00.
Fast forward to approximately 6 weeks ago. My son was arrested on a violation of his probation. He asked me to immediately contact Justin. This was on Wednesday. On Thursday, Justin said to pay him $1000 and he would get him out of jail. In his office that day, while he was being paid, his girls were bragging that we were lucky that he was in the court he was in because the judge and Justin were best friends and all Justin had to do was text the judge to sign the papers and he would get him out. Justin breezed through and said, "Oh yeah, no problem, I'll text him on the way to the dentist". Needless to say, that's the last I ever saw or heard from him.
I called his office on Friday and was told he left town and wouldn't be back until Tuesday. I said if he didn't have time to handle this, I could get another attorney. I was told that since Justin and this judge were best friends, it could really hurt my sons’ case if we changed attorneys. This is just the tip of the iceberg. For the sake of brevity here, suffice it to say, after many unreturned phone calls and visits, all of which I have witnesses, documentation and phone records, Justin finally shows up to see my son for the very first time on Friday, 16 days after he was hired, with a ridicules offer, saying he needed to take it because he has a court date on Monday and he was going to be out of town, so if he didn't take the deal, he would just have to stay in jail until he could get another court date set. Justin Low was fired that day. If he would have bothered to call me back, he would have known it.
There is much more to this story of how an unethical, unprofessional, lazy, inadequate attorney who is allowed to continue to practice law and how the court system tolerates the injustices of these practices. My son had a good job, was very active and well liked in the community, very involved in children’s charities and all that was taken away from him because of an attorney that either couldn't or wouldn't provide not only adequate council, any council at all!
I encourage everyone who has an issue with this attorney to do as I have done, file a Grievance with the State Bar of Texas. It doesn't cost anything and you can file online, by mail or by fax. This snake should be stopped from ruining anymore lives.

My husband and I have been going through him for 2 years, have paid off all we owed and my husband still reports every week... yet tonight we got pulled over and my husband went to jail because he went off his bond... Although he calls every week they have failed to inform us of the warrant they put our for his arrest in August! We have seen him once. That was the day he bonded my husband out in January 2012. He always has high school kids working. My husband has get to even have a court date set and it's just awful. I'm not thrilled. Monday I will be at his office, if nothing is done I will be getting a lawyer to take the case and taking him to court as well.

Be smart and don't wait until it's too late.. Read all the other reviews, find another lawyer and report Justin Low to the State Bar.
