Residents in the ChapelGate Area have been without power since about 4 pm yesterday afternoon. Any one know what the cause is and when its expected to be restored... and yes I know the storm was the cause, i'm looking for actual cause like a down line etc.
BGE response seems to be getting worse and worse even though their rates are getting higher and higher.
This is a long time without power and a lot of spoiled food.
Is there a way to get reimbursed for those losses?
