He took the plea deal to try and lessen his sentence and to avoid admitting guilt with his civil trials pending.
I would have rather seen him sit through trial and have a jury find him "guilty". I hope the families prevail in the civil suits. |

He is not a doctor. They took his license away years ago because of his lack of ethics and drug abuse.
