As the anaversary of mikes'trial comes near,(1 yr ago) I can't help but to be amazed by the arrogance of this pice of Levitown white ginny trash. He will be getting at least 20 years and so be it... HE DESERVES MORE...He is bothering with the wrong people that are from his past.. He is a cold hearted bastard.
Even the people of Levitown are horrified by this low life phony, and thats not saying much comming from the town of Levitown .
All this will come back at sentencing to bit him on the ass.
He will be in his 6o's when he gets out of the feds. At least some of the families of the people
that this MONSTER robed and abused can rest easy knowing that justice has been served.

Michael is being sentenced to 20 years. Joey was locked up in Nassau for a year and a half when he was extradited from Boca Raton Florida where he and Rusty opened another coin business WHILE ON BAIL from this case. Rusty died in jail, his name was Russell Barnes. Bill Carney and Michael are getting 20 years, I found out from Lara Gaetz, the asst US attorney who prosecuted the case. Joey was already sentenced in Jan 2012

I went to HS with the brothers and worked for Wall Street Rare Coins with all of them except Vinny, he was too young back then. I only worked one summer there, could not sell to people after I found out the 1000% markup, made me sick. I see you are in NJ, and yea, Mike was very insecure about EVERYTHING.

look at the other posts...Kevin sentenced to 7 yrs.. will start serving time in july...Saql and Vinny to be sentenced in july sometime... probably looking @ the same time... Mike not sentenced yet..LOOKING AT BIG TIME... lost at trial therfor could be sentenced to the max amount....25- 30 years.
