Rollers are very effective as long as they are installed correctly. If you want to install them you should consult wildlife professionals before doing so. Also it is important to inspect the bottom of your fence line for divits. Most attacks happen in the early morning and early evening. Unfortunately if no steps are taken to haze the coyote the attacks will continue to escalate. Even to the point that pets may be snatched from there owners while being walked on a leash. The last fatal attack on a human was in 1988 in LA. As far as I know children are the main victims of coyote attacks on humans. It is very rare but does happen on occasion.
