This is so sad. The only hope is that the children find an escape in education and not drugs.

Welch is just as bad & mingo co. He should've expanded himself a little but oxyana is a much catchier name them welchaoxy or oxy west virginia . I agree with you awful on the part of yes children do need to get an education ALL children everywhere need to get an education so they won't depend on someone else to take care of them. He's just riding on the tail feather of all the other so called screen writer's that try to make west virginia look bad. Look at the "whites" of west virginia, he's just a spin off from that movie or wrong turn ohh wait 'silent hill' & it wasn't even a town in west virginia is what's the sad & pathetic part. Its actually a town in PA I think called Centralia PA that is on fire as we speak but nooo it made for better ratings to use little ol inbreds (as he portrayed) from wv. Seriously, look it up it really scares the heck out of me & makes me wonder if that couldn't have been something that's causing our mines to have explosions because all those little mines from pa to wv connect underground. They haven't contained it & it travels & those little air pockets of methane gases travel & are highly flamable(mis spell) but you know what I mean

There are so many good people around here that are neither dealers nor users. If you travel away from here it's just as bad if not worse. You may want to check the correct usage of they're not their. Just saying....

Very easy solution! Drug test welfare and SSI recipients. Cut them off. Use that money to pay for the upkeep of their children. It would be hard and chaotic at first, but the message would be taken seriously. Drug testing is expensive? Not nearly as expensive as supporting these dead-beats. They may not be disabled when they first get on a check, but after years of abusing their bodies they are worthless and a burden to society. They simply exist - like the weeds in my garden. If we continue to ALLOW this, they will soon smother us all.

Believe it or not I was in China the same time as President Nixon in 1972. Also was in Russia the same time as Pres. Nixon. I was also in Africa whe Ali had his fight there. I could name a few other places I have been. I probably like Rons in Glen Fork as well as any place I have been. I like fat girls and there are a lot of them in Glen Fork.

Your spark plug is fowled. Drugs have been in Oceana since the early 60s. Maybe you are talking about Kennedy. You probably failed history. Did you know JFK was at Oceana High School?? Probably not.
