Sleep deprivation? 72 hours? Why wasn't he at home in bed at a decent hour instead of a bar if he was so tired. Just wondering....

Scott Walker won today in a court of law. He will lose for years to come with the public's trust. Not even his high priced lawyers or his friends that exert political influence can change what the general public thinks about him.

Just remember, being found NOT GUILTY is not the same as INNOCENT.

I do not believe there was any verdict handed down. Wasn't it dismissed because of a clerical error. So, Dismissed is not the same as innocent!!!

Something fishy certainly appears to have taken place. An attorney general opinion is not binding on any judge and it would ordinarily not be used as a basis to make any ruling. Judge Byrd should have heard all the evidence, made a finding of guilt or innocence, and then let the appellate courts decide if a missing signature is a basis for dismissal of the charge.
