I am having a hard time having this store correct a wrong item they sent to me. They will not answer emails or calls. I ordered a backpack and paid for it. They sent me the wrong item. I paid for shipping to send it back to them. No response. Anyone familar with this place? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I placed an order in the beginning of December for a xmas present for my son. I still have not received it yet, I have been email and calling for the last 2 weeks with no reply from my email and now the phone number I am calling is not going through.

I am trying to find the number to the so called Company Rockstar Headquarters. I placed an order in the beginining of Sept of 09 for xmas presents and still have not received them. Does anyone have the number to there.

As we are a store on the boardwalk in NJ our store is open from April to October. During the off season we do fairs, festivals and trade shows all around the country and we are not in the store, however we still process the orders and answer e-mails from where ever we are. You can only contact us in the off season by e-mail.If you e-mailed us I'm sure we responded to your e-mail. I'm sure if you e-mailed us we responded. See as we haven't seen any e-mails from you, I assume everything was taken care of.

Their website states "80% of what's in the web site we have in stock" --yet when I ordered 5 t-shirts, NONE of them were in stock. It took over 6 weeks to get 3 that I ordered, and I never got the last 2 shirts. On top of all of this, they sent me a shirt I DIDN'T ORDER. From August to December, I sent them 6 e-mails and they never responded. My last e-mail said that if they didn't contact me immediately, I would initiate a dispute with my credit card company. Still no response from Rockstar HQ, so I've proceeded with the dispute.

Same situation placed an order mid October and still haven't received the product, phone number doesn't work either...... i'm about to have the charges reversed and call fraud on this company if I don't hear back on the several email I have already sent.

crazy company, if you dont have it in store , please remove the item from the website, i think everybody understand that. they said i have to wait 2 to 4 weeks for my car sticker ($ 4.30)

Exucse me. I just ordered patchs from tour site a week ago and pnly recieved two of the,. Your website doesnt work. No contact info. The confirmation email didnt have a valid email to respond to. Please give me a number to reach you. This is t rit. If you own a business be professional.

I ordered 2 ZZ Top key chains. They took my CC charge and then I got a reply that the store burned down and order would be filled asap. That was 2 months ago. Glad I didn't spend much

I ordered a tee & a patch that took 6 weeks to arrive & It was the wrong shirt. They were happy to take my money & make me wait, & then substitute a shirt I didn't want, & NO patch. Couldn't let me know so I could choose something myself. I'll be returning it tomorrow & I emailed them that it was happening & I want my money back. They answered my email when I asked about my order, but I will NEVER shop there again, would never recommend them, ever, & I sure wish I had seen the reviews about them before I ordered anything.
