Ohio district keeps pledge out of schools
An Ohio school district has decided to keep its policy of not having students say the Pledge of Allegiance during the school day.

The reason the pledge was voted down is because of the lame compromise produced by the Oberlin school board where the pledge would be read over the intercom once a month with the words "under God" removed.
