I think that us property owners pay enough taxes to a school system that has wasted their money for years, Let the state lottery money pay, as it was set up to do, or get rid of the excess bagage. Cut back to basics as all other businesses are. Dont keep looking for a hand out or a bail out !!

I agree - but let the parents start paying more - and cut out some of the overhead - I drove by a local school that had a 5 ft satellite dish outside - schools should get back to the basics!!!

People who breed all the little brats and bastards that we have to pay to educate and feed of course, including the Mexican ones who make babies just for fun.

I'll make a deal with the parents of our village children: Since I did not have the pleasure or the pressure of making your little brats and bastards, I should at least get some work out of them, since I am going to help pay their way. Or, at least all of these public whores, and mothers and other Obama Mamas and female fans, ought to at least give me some sex for free. I mean, since I am in effect paying for the results of their passion, which I have to ration, they ought to at least pay for mine if they want to whine.

The locall schools were given millions by the state.Instead of using it to operate the failing schoolsystem, they started building Pryamid like schools with pools and tennis courts massive gymnasiums and wasting millions on unnessary new buildings.Buildings do not teach children------------- teachers teach children. If you want better education---- put the taxmoney into benefits for teachers to attract the very best teachers.Lacadaisacle and racisist attitudes will not produce educated children.Buildings are worthless.Better Administrators wouldn't hurt either.

It is obvious that property taxes can no longer stand assaults from scool levys.taxing in this manner can not continue since the fall of property values caused by so many vacant residences from bankruptcys.I don't know the best and fairest way to tax for schools, but some costs could be abated by halting the huge salarys of Administrators and general mismanagement.
