Whats the scoop on the building. Looks like an apartment above. This appears to be a good location for business. Is this in Claycomo or Pleasant Valley annex.

Yes, the old Wisconsin Cheese shop building, the pride of Pleasant Valley. No one has been able to make a go of it there since the days of the cheese shop. It looks like the folks that have been the proprietors of the ill-fated restaurants live upstairs, but it is just conjecture on my part.

The building is For Sale. $$$, I wonder how much it would cost to do a remodel to a good Chicken steak house.
