Man guilty in fatal Stratford stabbing

A U.S. Air Force veteran pleaded guilty Thursday to fatally stabbing a Derby man who rushed to the aid of a Stratford woman last year.

I hope you never have to lose someone in your family to murder or any other terrible crime and watch the perp go for a "plea bargain" and get less time than a bank robber...But of course you would really have to go thru the process to know how one feels about plea bargaining

The animal that killed them is in court this morning. Jury selection is tentatively set for January 2nd. Keep your eye on the news...

This was no tragedy, this was a senseless, jealousy induced MURDER. Ryan had great prospects for a productive and happy life ahead of him.

There are many more Victims here tham meets the eye. It has devestated the Pepe Family and it has devestated Frank.
A little boy now must grow up without a father and, a Father must grow old without his son.
It has devestated Ryans Mother and the other side of his Family as well.

Additionally, we must think of Lee's family also.

The one person we DO NOT need to be concerned about is Lee.
I hope that God has NO mercy on his Soul.

Alright, prepare to have your feathers ruffled. Here is my conspiracy therory. This crazy chick was so obviously setting Lee up to get his ass kicked. She called Lee multiple times that night and begged him to come over. Hmmm, see where this might be going. I think this guy got more than he bargained for when he tried to jump Lee. Lee's cripled ass can't fight. One good blow to his back and he will be paralized. I think he pulled the knife to defend himself, and well...we all know how the story ends. If CT didn't have such BS self defense laws, my guess is he would have walked, expecially with no credible witnesses. Anyway, I have followed this case very closley and this is just my theory. My prayers are with both families.

to update you on this case. the guy who killed them was convicted but he is trying to plead that he was temporarily insane due to hepatitis C. What a crock of shit. This guy had not one ounce of remorse in the courtroom. He also tried to set his own mother on fire.
