The latest posting by the Treasury Department shows the national debt has now increased $4 trillion on President Obama’s watch.

The debt was $10.626 trillion on the day Mr. Obama took office. The latest calculation from Treasury shows the debt has now hit $14.639 trillion.

It’s the most rapid increase in the debt under any U.S. president.

The national debt increased $4.9 trillion during the eight-year presidency of George W. Bush. The debt now is rising at a pace to surpass that amount during Mr. Obama’s four-year term.

We were not out of debt. Just had a balanced budget on paper only bcause the repubs held both houses of congress and forced clinton to do this. As for electing obama it was the young and dumb who did this. It was their version of the real american idol. Stupidity is a very expensive commodity and boy are we paying for it now but that will change for good in 13 months when the democrats are eliminated countrywide. If not the usa is finished.

No one on here can tell me one thing Maloney is going to do for this state. I have received a dozen fliers from the Maloney campaign. Not one of them said anything about where he stands. (Oh yea he's a job creator) They both ran a pretty negative campaign but Maloney did not give me a clue as to what he wants to do. I know he hates Obama care, or that he thinks that Tomblin funneled money from the dog track fund to his family. But if you can use Google and read you know that is not how the fund works. So go ahead and elect a Republican Governor and see how fast things really go down hill. I hate it for any one who lives near coal or gas. They will deregulate until there's nothing left of this state.
