People need to slow the hell down around town another senseless death, cause someone was in a hurry!!!

Previous evening was an accident that caused signal lights to be out of operation. Makeshift stop signs were placed and were not very visible. This caused an alteration to the traffic pattern in a 45 mph zone.
People need to pay attention, but having a police officer, chp, or a hired security person act as a traffic director in the street during peek traffic times likely would have prevented this loss of life.

I just got rear ended last friday night on lone tree, the guy was going about 30 mph when he hit my friends car and I was the passenger. Luckily none of us were seriously injured besides whiplash and a few other smaller things. But people need to pay attention, get off their phones and just drive carefully and pay attention to all their surroundings!

Praying for all those who were involved :-/

It's to bad there wasn't more information . So sad we can't help the family's who lost a loved one!! Laurel is a drag strip people fly on the road!! There have been many accidents in the intersection of Laurel and Empire!!! Wish there was more interest in the safety of the roads as there is reconstructing the town!!Maybe people were distracted by the lovely flags on poles ...wonder how much those cost us!!!??!!

Awful. I think its weird that there hasn't been anything in the newspaper about this since the first report.
