SUPER POST! This does break down the thought process from the "dark side". Having read your post, it looks like mullins believes the D.A. killed kit, then brought kit back to life just to get tisdale, because he knew mullins was 3rd party back billing the city for work he never did, and was going to hide it so no one would find out. Being able to see the future, the D.A. also knew a year in advance that mullins would "win" the election, but would be found out for ballot box stuffing! He knew in advance all these things, do you think he reads tea leafs, or uses a crystal ball? Regarding the "the losers that lost the election called the TBI on me", if you had done nothing wrong, they could call the TBI everyday. As it turned out, they caught mullins breaking the law, cheating the Oakland Tax Payers, and destroying evidence, and getting tisdale to help destroy evidence, and to get others to destroy evidence! I hope this time line shows up in court, along with the " I aint guity of nuttin" that mullins is so famous for.

The above post is written by one with a limited education. Let's look at what he wrote.
Line one: "abiliy", do you think he mean to say, "ability"?
Line two: does not know where to place a comma, or what a comma is used for.
I have suggested to this semi-literate mullins cult member, in the past, to go back to school. He hasn't taken my advice. He is quite happy being what he is, in his small mind, he needs no self improvement. Prehaps he is the most "educated" member of his family.

I could not help but notice, mullins is all about sticking up for tisdale, but was and is willing to throw his police officers under the bus. Mullins is a crook, and a thug, he does not understand loyalty, he demands loyalty, but does not give loyalty. It is a two way street. What he is demanding is not loyalty, but rather blind followers, toads, morons, people that will let bill do all their thinking for them. If mullins stuck up for his officers along with tisdale, I would at least give him credit for being loyal to his own police officers. I guess we can see where they stand, and not just the two that have taken the PTD, but all of them. If something goes wrong with one of mullins's kick-back deals or pay-off deals, you can bet he would offer up one of his cops in two seconds, rather than take the blame for what he has done.

I know the other two officers, and they would not have done this on their own without being ordered to by tisdale. They had nothing to gain from the dog being reported dead. Only the city would benefit by getting a new dog with the insurance money.

If they said anything to go along with this fraud, it was probably under threat of loosing their jobs. They have families to feed and provide for. Several former officers have stated that tisdale ruled with threats and intimidation tactics if they didn't do as he said. If I had to believe or trust their statements, I would trust the two officers 100% more then tisdale's. Tisdale and mullins, who do you think has more on the other and who will roll on the other to save his butt??

What would the two low level cops have to gain by faking the death of the police dog? In fact, if the dog were in their charge, wouldn't they most likely be punished, or reprimanded for their lack of supervision? The only people that could gain, were tisdale and mullins, they would receive the $5,000.00 insurance check, to replace our dog. Did they replace it? I have read on this board that the dog that replaced Kit, was given back to the seller! Who in their right mind believes the city purchased a five thousand dollar dog, and in a few months gives it back to the seller? This is "fishy" to say the very least. I hope in the up-coming trials this is addressed, and we get to the facts of the matter. Wouldn't the aldermen and mayor have to okay a $5,000.00 city property give-a-way? I don't believe they did.

If you know tisdale so well, then you know he is crooked as they get. I have known this crook since before he came to Fayette County. His crooked ways followed him from Shelby County and started here in a short amount of time after his arrival.

I have known Billy Usleton and Herb Brewer, also for a long time, and even worked with them. So you can't tell me anything bad about them except they fell for tisdales line of crap and came to work for him. I'm proud of them because they didn't kill a poor defensive animal as ordered, hence the drug dog. You can't tell me anything about mullins and tisdale, I think I have known them longer, and know them better then you ever will.

Tisdale didn't have to promote them, all he had to do was threaten their Livelihood. Do you think maybe they didn't get promoted like you said, because he found out they didn't kill the dog like they were told to do?

You don't have to wonder about me, I have you figured out also. If you are a supporter of ctooks like mullins and tisdale, you must be one too! The only thing you do well is play the village Idiot better then mullins or tisdale.

It looks like dhead and rep are one in the same. dhead had stolen or used so many names in the past it is hard to keep up with all of them, the things that give him away are: his foul mouth, vulagrity is common in his family, his elementary english skills, and his limited communication skills. What a great day to repost this. Thanks for a great post then, and now. Everyone should read this again, as we are only hours away from the scheduled trial for honest bill. Not only did bill do and say everything he could to get his co-conspirator out of trouble, I believe he lied several times, just read the quotes. What is funny, is tisdale sits ready to "tell on bill". There is no honor among this type of scum, common trash, bill and bob.

The best way to clear your name is to clear your name, go to court, we all know you pulled a trick. I was predicted for months mullins or his lawyer would "get sick". This isn't a rumor, this is what happend in court. I guess all the witnesses and evidence against mullins is all lies, tisdale is lying, owner of cordova automotive is lying, the photos are fake, the receipts are fake, the checks from The City of Oakland were fake, the signatures on the checks were fake, mullins admiting to some of the crimes on TV was faked out in Hollywood (just to get honest bill). I'll bet you thought bob tisdale was about the greatest and most honest guy you every knew right up to the PTD, but you are not big enough to admit it here on this board. BTW, tisdale and mullins can not raise the dead, when a police dog is dead, God has not given them the power to raise the dead, get this out of your head, you will looks stupid to even try to pass this off as the truth.
