You must be kidding. The promoters and bookers are just marks with no money and they cant draw 50 people. The workers are marks with no training and no gear. T shirts and jeans and they look like the fans. Wrestling is dead in BG.

See it's people like you that are killing the wrestling business. Talking about "what everyone already knows" and all that bullcrap. Brothers, let the people that still believe still believe. If you don't that is fine. We all know but it's no reason to kill the business. Wrestling isn't going to evolve in KY to the strong style ROH type of style. The wrestling fans won't let it. I've been on many shows that have tried that style and they draw maybe 15-25 where as old school type shows draw way above that. As for Seth LeDuc, he still has a lot to learn. He has done a good job thus far from what I have seen and heard. However he still does have a lot to learn.

earl, seth leduc is a hard worker, and he's come along pretty quick in the short time hes been working. the crowd goes nuts when his canadian flag and canadian national anthem come into play. he draws decent heat for someone that's just getting started....

I never said he wasn't a hard worker. All I said was he still has a lot to learn and nobody can deny that. Your right he does draw decent heat for someone that is just getting started. But from what you said yourself, it's the flag and the national anthem that get's the heat. That is cheap heat. When he can draw natural heat then he will be ready. He's a good kid with a good head on his shoulders. He just needs to continue to listen and learn. A good friend of mine is the one that has helped him along the way and got him into the business. He has potential.

Its not really cheap heat, most of the time its the wrestlers "schtick" and how they work it that gets the crowd worked up. Down the road, that schtick may get him noticed elsewhere, you never know... Gotta work it anyway you can when you're first breaking in, but he's got some promos going on that he is getting ready to use, he will only get better... I know you weren't saying he wasn't a hard worker in the earlier post, didnt mean to make it sound as if you were....

No disrespect brother but, who are you to tell me what is or what isn't cheap heat? Have you stepped inside the ring? Cheap heat is any kind of heat you get easily. Natural hear is the heat you get from your work inside the ring by deception and playing your part. Canadian national anthem and Canadian flag is considered cheap it. It's not bad thing but it's considered cheap heat. As far as promo's that he is getting ready to use. The best promo's are cut on the spot. Not scripted or rehearsed.

oh boy here come the local wanna be's who are in worse shape than most fans. they think they are real wrestlers because they was trained by some other local nobody that never amounted to anything and work joke shows that don't draw flies.

No the problem is smart marks like you that are killing the business for the fans that still like the old Memphis style. I'm not in the business anymore but I still have friends in that bust there ass to put on a hell of a show. Besides this post was about a someone wanting a local group to start running so, I have every right to post here. I love it when people like you hide behind their keyboards because they are to scared to say anything like this to one of our faces. Cheap Heat = for example, Sheamus attacks the guy at ringside who rings the bell, or kicks Jerry Lawler in the face.. Vince is good about that, when someone needs to be over, they jump JR or Lawler...

For what Seth is doing at his stage, it's fine to work it like that. People will see that on the ads and think of him as "That Damn Canadian" sure Earl, there are better ways to work the crowd, and down the road he will have to do that. Earl, I know who you are, and I hope to see you doing your thing again soon, you do a good job...
