Tulsa police officers voted to take take 64 hours to help cut the city budget while avoiding layoffs.

Anvis resources is a joke.... Travis Cartner has two children by two different mothers that he does not pay child support on or help with the children. When justice is served he will be in prison with all the "Bad Guys" he put there,( that will be called Carma) he is a hipacrip! And his crazy wife she doesnt take care of her two children by two different men either. They deserve each other......

Travis Cartner is not a Tulsa Police officer!! He was forced to resign as an alternative to being fired! How dare KOTV represent him as an upstanding citizen when the loser not only was pretty much fired, but also is a dead beat dad! I do not feel for the police whatsoever! Ah the poor police having to work extra to pay for that huge house, fancy car, multiple divorces. Welcome TPD to the real world! Do you feel mortal now that you have to work extra jobs like many others do? I know that shiney badge you wear makes you feel above the real people, but its okay. I have researched their salaries and benefits and if they can't make it on what they earn, then they need financial couseling. They earn much, much more than the average citizen of Tulsa.

I am certain that the civilians who will read this will think twice before giving these people any empathy. The following is the Tulsa Police salary scale:

Corporal----$54690.78-69649.93 ---Plus Overtime
Sergeant----$61288.11-73132.26 ---Plus Overtime

Now, lest take into account that they get Longevity pay, vacation, sick days, stress days, Education Pay, pensions,uniform pay, take home vehicles, numerous perks--free food, free entrance into fairs, concerts, and other events. They also have a life time job without the real threat of layoffs or downsizings.

They are always griping and groaning that they are underpaid. Well, if you don't like it, then get on down the road and get another job. Most cops don't do squat but collect their check and then go home. You compare their jobs with others in this city who are just as educated, if not more and tell me if their wages are low. If they lived in the real world and continually bitched about their pay and asking for a raise, they would be terminated. Their job can be dangerous at times, but not always. I know one cop who has been on 19 years and has never had to pull his weapon and he only works 3 days per week because of vacation and sick time!!!!

I wish the citizens had an opportunity whether or not to vote for their raises--I'd vote no everytime. So many of them are hypocrites!

These post are obviously written by people Cartner has arrested, or his crazy ex-wife. I worked for him on the SWAT team. He divorced the crazy lady (after she was screwing around on him). I don't even know if the kid is his, but I know he tries (to this day) to see him, and she is playing games. Ask her new husband, who she was sleeping around with other guys while he was in Iraq. Her name is Jennifer Vanarsdel, and she is crazy.
And by the way, like I said, I worked for Travis for 6 years. He was never fired, or threatened to be fired. I watched the man go through doors most cops were scared to look at. If you guys dont like what hes doing in the city you probably have something to hide

All women are crazy, just some more than others......I don't have anything to hide nor have I or will I everbe arrested by the po-po.

If you dont believe me about Travis Shane Cartner go look on oscn.net go to court dockets and then type in tulsa county... it does say he divorced Jennifer along with some other women... on oscn it also says he doesn't pay that women for her poor child she hd with him either. Read the facts... the numerious different cases Travis has with two ex- and two different people with assult charges on him and many many bill collectors and the list goes on and on..... check out out his charter on oscn.... it cant lie!

You are right, oscn does not lie, however, the cops lie for each other and stick together when one of their own is accused of any wrong doing, regardless of guilt. The cover-ups happen all the time to save the fuzz.

sure enough...i am in the process of skiptracing this guy out right now for a bad debt. i'm not from Oklahoma and have no personal ties one way or another to this person. had no idea he was a cop until i stumbled across this site. but i'm not surprised. over the years, i've had to deal with many many police officers in regards to their unpaid bills. it's sad really. if they can't handle their own business, then why the hell should we trust these people with our safety and well-being??? i would think a cop should know it's not okay to write bad checks. guess not.
