A standoff early Sunday evening ended peacefully after it was determined a man who reportedly was threatening to shoot himself did not have a weapon.

well media reporting wrong, spoke with pros attorney Thomas Schulz 35 yr sentence for EACH count 7 yrs 3 yrs in prison 4 yrs extended supervision 5 counts 3 x 5= 15yrs prison.. 4x5 =20yrs extended supervison 1 yr in prison 1 yr extended supervision 1st felon so total 16yrs prison 21 yrs extended supervison and he's trying to tie up system by appeal tried claiming bipolar back in October didn't work, well I quess one way of not paying child support....
