should midtown break away from harriman kingston and rockwood and become it's own city? let me know. the MIDTOWN MAN

Can Midtown even afford to think that way? I mean doesnt Harriman support Midtown in all services? I love that there is such growth there but can Midtown even afford the subsidies that facilitated that growth and continue it?
